Welcome to Kimama Half Moon Sleep Away Camp!

Our campers range in age from 6 to 17, and visit us from all over the US and world wide. Our activities program is as diverse as our campers. Whether they want to explore and develop their skills through sports, the arts, or other areas of personal enrichment, campers will find it here at Kimama Half Moon.

Program Highlights

Sessions

We offer a variety of flexible sessions for our families. Our sessions range between 1-3 weeks in length with a total of 7 weeks of Summer fun!

Daily Swim Lessons

Under the watchful eye of our lifeguards all Campers grade 6 and below will receive a daily swim lesson by certified and skillful instructors.

Thursday Night
Campfire

Thursday nights are always special at Kimama Half Moon. Campers receive recognition for their efforts and accomplishments while gathered round the Campfire with friends. Campers will also enjoy a wide array entertainment.

Staff to Camper Ration

We have a 1:5 Counselor to Camper Ratio at all times.

Getting to Camp

Busing and Airport pickup available in a selection of areas. Please contact us for more details on pick up/drop off locations.

Field Trips
& Special Events

Each summer we take exciting trips including White Water Rafting, Theme Parks and Local attractions to name a few. Intersession trip to NY, DC and a National Park. Our Special Events will include our World cup Soccer, Camp Wide Olympics, and Kimama Star Talent Show.
